copyright transfer Agreement
Upon acceptance of a manuscript for publication in the Journal of Medical Research and Clinical Evidence (JMRCE), all authors — including the corresponding author — are required to sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement. By signing this agreement, the authors transfer all copyrights of the accepted manuscript to JMRCE, including but not limited to the text, illustrations, charts, graphs, figures, and tables contained therein.
The Copyright Transfer Agreement form will be sent to the corresponding author via email upon acceptance of the manuscript. The signed agreement must be returned to the Editorial Office before the manuscript can proceed to the production and publication stage.
Author Declarations
By signing the Copyright Transfer Agreement, all authors confirm and declare the following:
- The submitted manuscript is an original work of research conducted by the listed authors.
- The manuscript does not contain any plagiarized content in any form.
- The manuscript has not been previously published — in whole or in part — in any other journal, book, or publication platform.
- The manuscript is not currently under consideration or review by any other journal.
- The submitted work does not constitute salami publication — that is, the work has not been fragmented from a larger study and submitted as separate papers to different journals.
- All data, results, and conclusions presented in the manuscript are authentic and have not been fabricated or falsified.
Conflict of Interest Disclosure
All authors are required to disclose any financial, institutional, or personal relationships with any company, organization, or entity that could potentially constitute a conflict of interest with respect to the submitted manuscript. All sources of financial support, material assistance, grants, or sponsorships related to the research must be explicitly declared at the time of submission.
