Aims and Scopes

Here's an improved version tailored for JMRCE:

Aims and Scope

The Journal of Medical Research and Clinical Evidence (JMRCE) is an open-access, peer-reviewed medical journal published by Medisphere Publications. The journal publishes in English on a quarterly basis — with issues released in January, April, July, and October.

Aim

JMRCE aims to provide a high-quality, freely accessible platform for the dissemination of medical research and clinical evidence across all specialties and subspecialties of medicine. The journal is founded on the belief that access to scientific knowledge should not be restricted by financial barriers, institutional affiliations, or geographic boundaries. Our goal is to ensure that every published article reaches the widest possible audience — from experienced clinicians to postgraduate residents and undergraduate medical students — and contributes meaningfully to medical education, clinical practice, and patient care.

Scope

JMRCE welcomes submissions across the following manuscript types:

  • Original research articles
  • Review articles
  • Systematic reviews and meta-analyses
  • Case reports
  • Case series
  • Brief communications
  • Letters to the Editor
  • Evidence-based medicine updates

The journal covers all disciplines of medicine including but not limited to internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, radiology, pathology, ophthalmology, ENT, dermatology, psychiatry, anesthesiology, community medicine, forensic medicine, anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pharmacology, microbiology, and other preclinical and clinical subjects.

Special emphasis is placed on evidence-based medicine. With rapid advances in diagnostics, therapeutics, and clinical management, many developments take considerable time to be incorporated into standard medical textbooks. JMRCE serves as a timely platform for the dissemination of such evolving clinical evidence to the medical community.

Open Access Policy

JMRCE follows a full open-access policy. All published articles are immediately and permanently available online — free of charge to readers worldwide. Anyone may read, download, share, print, or link to the full text of any article published in JMRCE without restriction, provided that the original work is properly cited and the authors are duly acknowledged. JMRCE publishes all content under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).

No Publication Charges

Submission, peer review, and publication in JMRCE are completely free of charge. No Article Processing Charges (APC) or publication fees are levied on authors at any stage of the process.
